How can I make a reservation?

We are currently taking reservations for parties of 2 or more guests for a maximum duration of 2 hours. Walk-ins are welcome and will be allocated a table upon arrival, subject to availability at the time. Use our online reservation form to book a table, reservations made online will be instantly confirmed. Please note it is possible that we reach maximum capacity for reservations on any particular day. We do however maintain a few tables for walk-ins, so please come in.

 

What is the maximum number of guests you allow per reservation?

We allow a maximum number of 20 guests per reservation.

 

What are your opening hours?

Café open 9am – 4pm. Kitchen hours 9am - 2:30pm.

 

Are you able to cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, our menu caters for most dietary requirements.

 

Do you offer BYO?

No, Pollen is a fully licenced venue and are unable to accept BYO.

 

Is parking available nearby?

Yes, paid parking is available within close proximity to the venue. Parking fees apply when using the on-site carpark.

 

Do you have disabled access?

Yes, disabled access is via the main doors into the café.


Is your venue child-friendly?

Yes, if you have young children attending (at the table or in a pram) please include them in your total number of guests and add all details (e.g. requests for high chairs) to your booking. As we are a small venue notice at the time of booking is essential.
 

Can I bring my own cake?

You are welcome to bring your own cake. We can refrigerate, cut and serve the cake to your table. We will provide all the crockery required. This cakeage fee is charged at $2.50 per person and is charged on the day.

 

Can I order a whole cake from you in advance?

We currently offer our entire range of cakes for pre-order through this website. Please provide us with at least 48 hours notice to have your order ready for you to collect in-store.
 

Am I allowed to put decorations on the table/s?

Yes, we love a celebration. We just ask that you please take your decorations with you at the conclusion of your booking. Depending on previous bookings and/or walk ins, it’s possible your reserved table will be used by another group up until 5 minutes before your reservation time.

 

Do you have a weekend surcharge?

Yes, we apply a 10% surcharge on Sundays and Public Holidays.

 

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we accept card payments (excluding AMEX & Diners club).
