Physical Gift Cards
Processing times are between 24 to 72 hours upon receiving your Gift Card purchase order.

Gift Cards can be posted to any nominated address within Australia via Express Post. An $10 postage fee applies for all physical Gift Card purchases. You will be notified of postage tracking information by email when your order has been shipped. Alternatively, you may collect your order in person by selecting "In-store Pickup", however, please make sure to check our Opening Hours. We will send you an email notification when your physical Gift Card order is ready to collect.
Gift Cards are issued by Poppy & Maude Holdings Pty Ltd and the value on the card expires 3 years following the date of activation. Please treat your Gift Card as cash, they cannot be reissued or replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash.
