A chef-led picnic, packed by hand and carried out into the Australian National Botanic Gardens. Roast free-range chicken, slow-roasted tomatoes and Persian feta, artisan cheese and charcuterie, Sonoma bread, and a cake from our bakery. 
 

It arrives in a beautiful willow basket that's yours to keep.

 

There's only 39 baskets available this year to celebrate Floriade's 39th season.

• Mount Zero olives, pickled seasonal vegetables, Chunky Dave's salted peanuts​

• Roast free-range chicken, Kipfler potatoes, garden herbs, lemon myrtle aioli​

• Slow-roasted Roma tomatoes, Persian feta, toasted almonds, basil

• A selection of premium Australian cured meats​

• Stockmans cheddar, Saltbush chèvre, peach and muscatel chutney, lavosh​

• Sonoma baguette, cultured Pepe Saya butter​

• Pollen cake of the day, from our bakery

Important details:

• Available from 12 September for the duration of Floriade 2026.

• Orders must be placed at least 72 hours before pick-up.

• Online pre-order and pick-up only, from Pollen Café at the Australian National Botanic Gardens.

• We'll call to confirm your collection time after you order.

• Everything is packed chilled and served at room temperature. Please collect close to when you plan to eat, and keep the basket in the shade.

• Contents cannot be modified. Some items may be substituted subject to availability.

• 39 baskets only. When they're gone, they're gone.
