Terms:

Processing times are between 24 to 48 hours upon receiving your Gift Card purchase order.

Gift Cards can be posted to any nominated address within Australia via Express Post. An $8 postage fee applies for all Gift Card purchases. You will be notified of postage tracking information by email when the Gift Card has been shipped. Alternatively, you may collect your order in person by selecting "In-store Pickup", however, please make sure to check our Opening Hours. We will send you an update when your Gift Card order is ready to collect. 

Pollen Gift Cards do not expire. Please treat your Gift Card as cash, they cannot be reissued or replaced if lost or stolen.
Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash. Please note that we are unable to email Gift Cards.
