Processing times are between 24 to 48 hours upon receiving your Physical Gift Card purchase order.

Physical Gift Cards can be posted to any nominated address within Australia via Express Post. A $10 postage fee applies for all Physical Gift Card purchases. You will be notified of postage tracking information by email when your order has been shipped. Alternatively, you may collect your order in person by selecting "In-store Pickup", however, please make sure to check our Opening Hours. We will send you an update when your order is ready to collect. 

Please treat your Gift Card as cash, they cannot be reissued or replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash.
