A cocktail function during cafe hours is a wonderful way to let your guests gather in a social setting where mingling is encouraged. Your cocktail function takes place on the deck where we set aside a space for your guests within the shared cafe space.

A relaxed, light-touch option for groups who want the Pollen setting without taking over the whole venue. Numbers of guests are subject to availability and can be advised by our team at the time of enquiry.

A seated private dinner at Pollen is available outside cafe hours and allows you to book the outdoor deck for pre-dinner drinks, followed by exclusive private use of the cafe for your seated dinner.

The three-course menu is curated by our head chef and is available for a minimum of 50 people (or a minimum spend) and a maximum of 60 people. Venue use is available for up to three hours. Ideal for couples, corporate groups, and milestone celebrations who want the elegance of a sit-down dinner in one of Canberra's most distinctive private dining settings.
